Searching for shows

it's time to do things the serious way: we're actually looking for shows from here on (...eternity?? ha ha ha) both in italy AND in europe. it's time to get the fuck out of our homeland and get some action!! of course it would be great to have some good gigs in the old italy as well...the action must be here too!!

New songs on their way.

Today it was november the 3rd and it's almost over by now.
It was none of our birthdays, but thanks to anyone who posted any birthday wish on our myspace or facebook page...it was fun!

Well, the main reason why i write this post is that we completed two more songs and so the record has all the material we needed. We finally managed to write songs that don't last for more than six minutes and we're all pretty satisfied with this!
Can't wait to get in the studio!!

Shirt re-press

we're gonna re-print 30 pieces of the first design (the one with trees!!). there's gonna be two colours: violet on cream and burgundy/red on white...the choice is up to you!
keep your eyes open, coz we will have them in ten days or sorta!

The taste of the tour...

yeah, the two dates with Daggers went great! not so many people, but well, it were still weekdays.
thanks a lot to Ale for the show in Trento for letting us crash at his place and annoy him with all our FIFA10 matches and tournaments, but i guess he was aware we would have stayed awake until dawn just to play! ha ha

thanks to Daggers cause the stage share was so cool, hope we'll meet again along the way!
then, i gues right now we all want to go on a whole tour so badly, and we should start set things this way soon! tourlife is fun, beware of anyone who tells you the opposite!

two new songs!!

the demo is done!! we will upload both songs on myspace ( www.myspace.com/novemberthethird ) as soon as i find a way to rip them in a "myspaceable" size. until then, the boo radleys are still cool!
the result is sweet! thanks to paolazzi for his patience and for the good job. we all know we're pretty hard to deal with for eight hours straight ha ha...especially when we're doing recordings!

anyway, we'll have some copies of the demo at our shows next week, cause yeah, we're doing them, even if the Legacy won't play...but Daggers will, so it's a good chance to have fun, with a band who just signed for anchors aweigh! thumbs up for Daggers! hope we'll have two great nights, come show us some support!

recording session...forreal!

okay, people who know us, know as well we're late in doing almost anything! ha ha
but this time it's actually not our fault!
right now the recordings for the demo are set for saturday morning, at Paolazzi's basement. Paolo Mongardi is a longtime friend of ours, we also had a band together a while ago...so the result should be sweet! expect (finally) some finely recorded tunes for the next week.


ouh, almost forgot; we're gonna have some demo cdr at our shows with the legacy! can you believe it?!? yeah do it actually, cause we're playing with them on both dates they're doing in italy. so, if you live in trento (october 13th, sala circoscrizionale povo) or milan (october 14th, sga, arese), come show us some love, BUY A DEMO and next time you're gonna singalong!
and yeah of course we also have the new shirt design...get it while you can, cause it's totally siiiiiiiick and i bet they're gonna be sold out pretty soon....warned man, half saved!:D

first recording session

two weeks and we should enter the studio to record a couple songs. this will just turn into a demo, but then you will all able to listen to those song with a decent sound, isn't it cool?? yeah it is!!

btw, you should check out ty cobb and northern, those bands rock and they're playing with us at our next show.

first stream of conscience...don't say i didn't warn you!

today i'm thoughtful. maybe even too much. i have some regrets just giving me pains at the bottom of my neck. and actually this always leads me to think about something more general.
it all starts when i think i'm just missing the point and maybe something else as well. but then i just realize that yeah, i'm probably out of step, but i've grown sick and tired of all those people who think they have to find a goal whenever they do something. people just miss the fact that we should mostly do something and find a meaning in itself, NOT in the consequences it will bring.

okay, we should enter the studio in one month or sorta! hope this makes you stoked at least half as we are, cause we are actually SO DAMN STOKED!
we just set some deals with our longtime friend michele minganti who already worked with some of us with regain the shore and when seasons change. it means our next stuff should sound sweet!!!

last night we played with the effort! it was a great night actually. and they're really good guys!
thanks to while you wait and to the embers as well, it's been sweet to share the stage. damn, these things should happen more often!

we have shirts!!!

okay, we ALREADY had shirts, but now we took pictures and uploaded them, so you can all see them. at the moment they're sold just at shows (and if you text me!), but soon or later we will work on an actual webstore.

i gotta go back to work tomorrow...fuck that!!!

next shows

yeah, we have some shows already set. the first one is with the effort, in less than a week! useless to say we're stoked about it! hope the scene here answers in a proper way...show us some love and come support us!!!
another one will be in our hometown Imola, with a couple fellow bands, all featuring ex-when seasons change members...and with some reggae sounsystem afterparty! rrrastaman vibrrrations!!

whoa!

i wrote a new song today...maybe the rest of the band will say it sucks (everyone but me - MM - is on holiday at the moment), but still i think it sounds good!! it actually has that punk vibe i was searching since a while and it doesn't sound stolen from some black flag or life long tragedy riff haha.

the first one

well, here we go.
it's the first post and i don't actually know what i should write.
just to let you know, this will be the space where we write almost everything that happens to us both as a band and as a group of friends (cause that's what we primarily are) plus a shitload of other things that probably won't fit in a band's blog, but actually who cares!
i really hope some of you will give a fuck about these lines we'll write and i strongly encourage everyone to leave comments, cause....it's fun!
okay okay, let's pretend i'm serious. i'll start making HUGE advertising for this blog, be prepared!
